The Informa Forest project aims to provide knowledge that supports the development of Sustainable Forest Management practices. To achieve this, we designed and developed a website that is not only functional but also visually appealing, aligning with its corporate identity.
Building on the original logo, which consisted of circles growing radially, we created a cohesive visual language for the website, using these circles as key design elements. These shapes were integrated into the presentation of information, such as photographs and highlighted texts, within a layout that conveyed a sense of weightlessness, as if the elements were floating. Colored shadows and small surrounding dots added dynamism to the design, while a soft gray background helped highlight these graphical elements, creating an elegant and subtle contrast.
For this website, we designed a series of custom animations, including an interactive infographic that explains the project’s main objectives. This infographic follows a radial growth pattern, with information emerging from a central circle, visually representing the spread of knowledge. Additionally, the homepage features a dynamic animation where various text messages appear within a circle, reinforcing the project’s visual consistency.
We also designed custom headers for each website section, ensuring that every page had its own distinct identity while maintaining a unified and harmonious overall style.
