The European Forest Institute FLEGT is an international organisation that regulates the exploitation of forests all over the world. Ideamatic helped them to reimagine and digitise the knowledge management flow of the bilateral agreements they enter into in the countries where they operate.

The outcome is a major project straddling corporate ethnography, digital strategy and the comprehensive construction of a new customised platform for their organisation geared towards facilitating workflows.
